By accessing or using Harvest House venue and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Booking and Reservations

All venue bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. When you submit a booking request:

• Your booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for reviewing all booking details before confirmation
• Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your booking confirmation

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before: No refund
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email

Venue Rules and Conduct

When using our venue, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Treat the venue, equipment, and property with respect
• Adhere to maximum capacity limits
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Be responsible for the conduct of all guests and attendees
• Leave the venue in the condition it was provided

Liability and Damages

You agree to:

• Be responsible for any damage to the venue or equipment during your event
• Carry appropriate liability insurance for your event (may be required for certain events)
• Indemnify Harvest House against claims arising from your use of the venue

Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due prior to your event date
• Additional charges may apply for extra services or damages
• Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings maintain agreed pricing

Force Majeure

Harvest House is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other force majeure events.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
